Escurrir.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar el aceite de oliva en un sarten muy grande<\/li>\n<li>Picar el ajo y echar al aceite a fuego moderado\/bajo.<\/li>\n<li>Calentar hasta que cambie de color<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir la mantequilla y el vino y, en seguida, el brocoli.<\/li>\n<li>Remover bien y tapar. Saltear, destapando cada dos minutos para remover, hasta que cambie de color a un verde m\u00e1s claro.<\/li>\n<li>Sazonar con sal y pimienta negra y, si le gusta, con una pellizca de nuez moscada.
