Dos grandes y uno peque\u00f1o. T\u00e9ngalos preparados:<\/span><\/strong>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En uno grande mezcle la harina y la levadura. Remueva todo con un batidor de varillas manual y reserve.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 En el bol peque\u00f1o, a\u00f1ada el sustituto del huevo y la pectina de manzana y mezcle de manera envolvente, tambi\u00e9n con un batidor de varillas manual.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El tercer y \u00faltimo bol, ser\u00e1 nuestro recipiente de mezcla. Vierta en \u00e9l, el agua con la mezcla del bol peque\u00f1o y con la ayuda de una batidora de varillas el\u00e9ctrica (en m\u00e1xima velocidad) bata hasta formar una especie de crema montada.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Eche la sal y siga batiendo por unos segundos m\u00e1s para que la sal se fusione en la crema.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A continuaci\u00f3n, vaya a\u00f1adiendo la mezcla de harina y levadura, poco a poco. Cuando llegue a la mitad de la harina, eche el aceite a la masa que estas batiendo. Vuelva a a\u00f1adir la harina hasta el final y bata durante unos 4 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Unte un molde \u201c<em>plumcake<\/em>\u201d con aceite y un poco de harina. En el acaso es uno molde de silicona, con una gotita de aceite basta.<\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deje que fermente durante unos 30minutos en un sitio c\u00e1lido y sin corriente.
