{"id":2037,"date":"2015-03-17T06:44:34","date_gmt":"2015-03-17T06:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/?p=2037"},"modified":"2015-03-17T06:44:34","modified_gmt":"2015-03-17T06:44:34","slug":"recetas-de-aline-gominolas-con-agar-agar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/index.php\/recetas-de-aline-gominolas-con-agar-agar\/","title":{"rendered":"Recetas de Aline: gominolas con agar- agar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adjunto os facilitamos la receta de gominolas con agar- agar preparada en el \u00faltimo taller con Aline.<br \/>\nPor Aline Leonardo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/gominolas.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2038\" src=\"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/gominolas-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"gominolas\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200gr de fresas<\/li>\n<li>200ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>100 o 150ml de Sirope\/Miel de Agave* <em>(La cantidad va depender si os gusta m\u00e1s o menos Dulce)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de Agar agar (equivala a 2 gr. Aproximadamente)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cortamos en pedazos la fresa y las ponemos en un vaso (tipo vaso de la <em>minipimer o en una jarra<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>En una cazuela, a\u00f1adimos el agua el sirope y ponemos a fuego medio. Cuando empiece a arrancar la ebullici\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos el agar agar en forma de lluvia.<\/li>\n<li>No paramos de remover hasta que el agar agar est\u00e9 totalmente disuelto.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez comprobemos que no quedan posos de agar agar0 en la olla, lo vertemos al vaso donde est\u00e1n las fresas.<\/li>\n<li>Batimos todo con la <em>minipimer<\/em>\u00a0hasta que est\u00e9 totalmente triturado.<\/li>\n<li>Echamos la mezcla en moldes con la forma deseada o en una bandeja para posteriormente cortar en cubitos o con corta pastas con formas divertidas.<br \/>\nDejamos unas horas hasta que gelifique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Nota de Inter\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:<\/em><\/strong><em> el agar agar no necesita necesariamente refrigeraci\u00f3n, al menos que as\u00ed lo deseemos.
