NO escurrir el agua que suelten.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adir especias: sal, pimienta, comino, especias de shawarma&#8230; Creo que perejil y\/ o cilantro tambien valdr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>A las verduras ralladas se a\u00f1ade harina baja en proteina, cuchara a cuchara. No s\u00e9 cu\u00e1nta he utilizado, supongo que en torno de un vaso, pero id comprobando. LA masa tiene que quedar bien pegajosa, pero sin deshacerse.<br \/>\nNo se le a\u00f1ade nada de agua, tiene que quedar pastosa solo con el jugo de verduras.<\/p>\n<p>Se hornea durante una media hora \u00a0en el horno precalentado a 220C (o vete tu a saber a cuanto, que no domino mi horno nuevo \ud83d\ude09 ).
