Me han comentado las chicas del grupo en facebook, que en Espana se puede conseguir esta marca:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/12193683_10207797766645919_7466978569719778550_n.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2281 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/12193683_10207797766645919_7466978569719778550_n-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"12193683_10207797766645919_7466978569719778550_n\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f8n:<\/p>\n<p>Cocer la patata, dejar que se enfr\u00ede y pasarla por una procesadora y batir hasta conseguir una masa fina.<\/p>\n<p>Derretir la margarina, a\u00f1adir az\u00facar y mezclar hasta derretir el az\u00facar por completo. Cocinar a fuego lento sin que llegue a hervir.<br \/>\nA\u00f1adir la patata a la masa y mezclar bien. Echar las esencias, y seguir mezclando. Al final se a\u00f1ade la papilla y se sigue mezclando.<br \/>\nDejar enfr\u00edar.<br \/>\nCon la masa fr\u00eda formar bolitas y decorar seg\u00fan el gusto: se puede hacer un topping de cacao, de chocolate pku derretido, o con virutas de coco.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caso de que no consigas papilla baja en proteinas:<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>La papilla de cereales \u00a0que tiene menos proteina es papilla de arroz de hero con 4.2 gr de proteina x 100gr<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00e1lculo estimado de PHE (sin contar el topping)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Fenilalnina total por 100gr con la papilla indicada: en torno a\u00a0100 phe<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Proteina de alto valor biol\u00f3gico x 100gr: en torno a 1.2 gr<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Proteina total x 100gr (contando la patata): en torno a 2 gr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">(son cantidades orientativas.<\/span> Usando la maicena o la papilla baja en proteina las cantidades disminuir\u00e1n considerablemente)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta receta me la pas\u00f3 una de las mam\u00e1s cocineras polacas y en verdad que tiene una pinta incre\u00edble.
