{"id":2796,"date":"2017-02-10T06:15:53","date_gmt":"2017-02-10T06:15:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/?p=2796"},"modified":"2017-02-10T08:20:15","modified_gmt":"2017-02-10T08:20:15","slug":"galletas-de-mantequilla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asfema.org\/blog\/index.php\/galletas-de-mantequilla\/","title":{"rendered":"Galletas de mantequilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La receta se elaborar\u00e1 en el pr\u00f3ximo taller con Aline el 25 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ingredientes<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>300 gr de harina baja en prote\u00edna <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>170 gr de mantequilla fr\u00eda<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>100 gr de az\u00facar blanco o moreno<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>70ml de agua fr\u00eda (aprox.)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>10 gr de crema de arroz<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/strong><u>:<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Precalentar el horno a 180 \u00ba C. Colocar una hoja de papel vegetal en la bandeja.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><em>Poner en un bol grande la harina, la crema de arroz, el az\u00facar y la esencia de vainilla. Mezclar todo. Agregar la mantequilla en cubitos y desmigar todo con la mano, hasta que tenga una apariencia de polvor\u00f3n deshecho.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><em>A continuaci\u00f3n, ir a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco el agua y seguir mezclando con las manos, hasta que veas que la masa ya no se te pega en las manos y tiene una apariencia compacta y lisa.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><em>Sobre una superficie, salpica ligeramente con agua y espolvorea harina. Coloca la masa y est\u00edrala con el rodillo hasta conseguir un espesor de m\u00e1s o menos \u00bd cent\u00edmetro.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><em>Cortar las galletas con un corta-pasta y distribuirlas en la bandeja.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><em>Hornear durante unos 20-25 minutos o hasta que adquiera un color ligeramente dorado.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><em>Retirar las galletas con la esp\u00e1tula con cuidado para que no se rompan.
